I recently had wisdom teeth extracted at Blue Wave Dental, and the process was seamless. The doctor was professional, and the staff made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
I schedule an appointment for TMJ. Received numerous messages reminding me of my appointment. I take PTO from work, arrive respectfully, 30 mins early for my appointment only to be informed I would need to pay $675.00 up front to be seen, in addition to having both, medical and dental coverage. This is completely unprofessional. A patient's time is just as important as the office schedule. Very disappointed in this practice and it's lack of proper communication.
