I highly recommend this dentist office and its wonderful staff, including Dr. Kyle Stephenson! The cleaning was efficient and painless. The technician made sure I was comfortable the entire time and did a wonderful job of distracting me while she cleaned away years of oral neglect! She was very informed about her job and did an excellent job explaining everything without confusing me! She made me feel safe and answered any of my concerns. Dr. Kyle Stephenson and his technicians did an excellent job on my fillings and making sure the procedure was pain-free and followed up with any potential concerns I had. Dr. Stephenson did a wonderful job explaining what I needed and made sure the experience of drilling teeth was relaxing and as easy as it could be. The entire staff is extremely friendly and attentive to your needs, including the front desk workers who make sure scheduling and checking in are easy. The office is EXTREMELY clean, and there are several places to sit. The atmosphere is relaxing and not busy like some offices can be. There are several options for relaxation in the lobby, including a television, magazines, and a snack bar offering a wide arrangement of snacks, drinks, and educational pamphlets. I found the prices to be extremely fair and will be returning to have my wisdom teeth removed and for routine cleanings! Thank you for making going to the dentist fun!
I absolutely LOVE bluegrass oral!! The staff is amazing and truly treat you like family! My doctor, Doctor Thomas LOVE her to pieces. They have done amazing work to get my smile back and confidence. They truly make you feel so comfortable and it’s no judgement. I love every visit and normally stay longer than the expected time because the conversations be just on point. I would honestly rate them more than a 5-star because they are just that great.
I can only say good things about BGOHC! Everyone from the front staff to the Dental Hygienists and Dentists are all super nice and friendly. They are well-trained and do an excellent job! I have been a client for over a decade and won’t even consider going anywhere else. If you are looking for a dental team that truly has your best interest in mind, I highly recommend this office! You won’t be disappointed!
I’ve been a patient for over 20 years, and as someone who has had a lot of dental work and genuinely hates going to the dentist, I’m very thankful that Bluegrass Oral Health is part of my care team. Dr. Burt has been my dentist from the very beginning, and he is amazing. I recently had an extraction on 12/11 that I was not looking forward to at all, and it turned out to be incredibly easy. I had no downtime and felt great afterward. I also had my wisdom teeth removed here in 2013, which was just as smooth — no swelling and an easy recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Burt, or honestly anyone at Bluegrass Oral Health, for any dental care needs.
As soon as I showed up, they were so caring and attentive. I did have to come back later in the day for my extraction, but the dentist was very kind hearted and was able to work me in at 3 PM.. The dental assistant that assisted him with my extraction was top-tier amazing very caring and so was the dentist. My procedure was pain-free, but they took the time to make sure I was OK. I would recommend Bluegrass oral health off Park Street to anyone that is in need of a dentist because this office actually cares.
