I want to really commend the team at Bluffside and Dr Gianelli. (Dr G.) Every time I go in there, they are more than accommodating when I go in there. They make sure that I am alright and try very hard to squeeze me in in a timely manner if I need quicker service. I strongly recommend even if she is a Cub's fan! LOL I love my new smile! I was very impressed with the excellent and comprehensive care provided by Dr. Carolyn Giannelli, DDS. She explained findings of my X-rays in detail and showed me areas where calculus was deposited. Dr. Giannelli also encouraged me to ask my PCP to refer me for a sleep study to assess whether I had sleep apnea. I will return on 11/19 for a thorough teeth cleaning with one of the dental hygienists. In addition to her competency in the field of dentistry, Dr. Giannelli has wonderful people skills and has a down to earth communication style. Thank you for this positive experience in patient care! Going to Bluffside Dental was a revelation in just how good a dental clinic can get. When you walk in, the facility is clean and attractive. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The dental technician was stellar, from the x-ray process through the cleaning process. The dentist was knowledgeable and proposed alternative methods for care moving forward that were both effective and reasonable. I’m very impressed with the whole experience and can see why they’re so highly rated!
Great dentistry. The work is of good quality and there is great transparency about what the workers are doing and how your teeth are. Everyone is very friendly and the environment is very comfortable. 10/10 recommend.
Dr. G and her staff are always very professional and efficient. They always make treatment decisions with the patient's best interest as the top priority. They are also always very friendly both to the patients and each other which provides a low stress environment for everyone.
