If you have extreme dental anxiety, do not hesitate to make an appointment. This is the office for you! I can’t even begin to express how much I value this office. I had a traumatic childhood experience on an Indian reservation in the 90’s due to my mouth not numbing where typical people would be numbed. Many dentists since then don’t believe me when I tell them but not Bold, it took 3 tries but he ensured I was numb. The worst for me is being triggered just being there. It’s embarrassing because I cry while I’m being worked on. This office is so compassionate and patient with me. I struggle to keep appointments but they keep on asking me to come back. I know over time it is going to get easier for me because they are easy to build trust with. My entire family of 7 goes here now and they all think it is great. The fact that they do tattoos across the hall and are such a chill environment drew me in, what a unique way to connect with patients! But it is the staff that keep me coming back. They make me feel like I truly matter.
I’ve only had a consultation so far, but it was a very positive experience. The front desk was friendly, the office felt calm, Dr.Alex and his team took time to explain what was going on and what my options were. I never felt rushed or judged, which means a lot when you’ve been putting off dental work. I left feeling confident about moving forward with treatment! Will post new review after treatment! ❤️
I finally found my forever dentist office. First time in and staff was amazing and so helpful. The doctor came in and he makes you feel so comfortable and gives you so much information. He makes it easy to ask questions and doesn’t make you feel rushed. I will not ever go anywhere else.
(I had been wearing a METAL PARTIAL with wire around 2 very old unhealthy teeth for 15 years. A torture device basically.) I was greeted by the best smiles ever and made to feel very welcome. I was called back quickly. Dr. Alex came in right away. We talked to get to know each other and he took a look. Man had a plan on building a bridge for a bottom tooth and full denture on top in just about 15 minutes. He got it all done within my budget in less than 6 months. I couldn't believe it!! Dr. Williams and his whole team are very caring, fun, down to earth people. I saw the same 3 technicians everytime. Makes for a very relaxed experience. The lady that does impressions, and did the final adjustment on my BEAUTIFUL new denture got it spot on. That's right, only one adjustment! SHE IS WONDERFUL!!!!!!!! I wish I could leave a picture so you could see how Natural they look. These folks got everything RIGHT. The fit, look, color and quality way above what I was expecting. This young man pulled 4 teeth also and took off a huge bone spur left by former dentist. I had no pain afterwards. All the years of horrible stories I heard about getting full dentures were from people that weren't going to BOLD DENTAL. The team is a reflection of the Boss and Dr. Alex Williams knows his stuff. I got no sales pitch, just Excellent dentistry. I can't thank you enough.
i started this place about a year ago full of dental anxiety, and this staff was immediately so accommodating. every single person on the staff is so nice, they are reassuring and truly take away the anxiety of being at the dentist. dr alex is also great! i’m terrified of needles and needed a filling, he basically talked me through it and explained everything! why i needed a filling and the importance of dental care! him and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and i 1000% recommend this place!! not to mention after my partner had his wisdom teeth removed, they reassured me that my annoyance of messages is completely understandable and that it’s okay!! this place is just great!
