As your typical big guy who is afraid of EVERYTHING at the dentist's office, I can tell you that I approached the recent extraction of a wisdom tooth with a n appreciable amount of fear, panic and dread. Shouldn't have. Every person there worked to put me at ease, the procedure went spectacularly well, and the follow-up appointment was equally professional, and yes, enjoyable. I give Dr. Boone's office 5 Stars only because there is no way to give them 10!
I am having a dental implant placed and the process began with a tooth extraction. This office has the best staff! I've had a total of two procedures and each one went exactly as planned. I did have a minor panic attack with the nitrous but thats okay. The staff reassured me everything was going as planned and they were very good at that. After each surgery Dr.Boone called later in the evening to check on how I was doing! I highly suggest if your needing dental work and are very nervous try this office out. They are phenomenal.
I highly recommend Dr. Boone and his staff, they were all very nice and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Boone even took the time to call and check on me later that evening. If you have anxiety from bad experiences in the past, please give Dr. Boone a chance. Thank you Dr. Boone and staff you all are wonderful!
Would never recommend this place! They waited until the day of surgery to ask for guardianship paperwork, I just so happened to have it on my phone. I live about an hour away. Keep in mind that I had been there about two months earlier, not once did they ask for that paperwork. They also did not tell us that I had to stay in the office or in my car. They also would not let me in the back until my daughter (minor) was out. I have never heard of such. If they have nothing to hide why wouldn't they let me the mom go back there until she is out, she is having a surgery! I'm so disappointed and would not recommend this place ever! Wish I would have went to Tulsa. I sat here and this happened to 3 people...they were never told that someone had to be here the whole time that they were in surgery. It is so obvious that they need some training with customer service. They also sent her home with no ice pack!
My Daughter just had her upper teeth pulled and I was very pleased with her outcome, Dr Boone called her that evening and checked on her to make sure she was doing okay 👍 I recommend Dr Boone very highly ❣️
