Great dental practice! I'd highly recommend them to others! The gum technician was especially wonderful. She has the most gentle way of doing a deep cleaning! I expected it to hurt but she was so careful that it didn't at all! The whole staff was extremely friendly and caring! Raunak was especially competent, knowledgeable and friendly! Dr Jon Smith is not only highly professional but extremely efficient and caring. His high tech machinery makes everything from bridges to crowns and implants all "same day" No waiting for a mold to be sent out. He does it all on site while you are having your procedure.
Went into Boulder Canyon Dental expecting to have a root canal and came out WITHOUT a root canal! Had two crowns replaced. Excellent work. Great Dentist to patient communication. Very proficient and professional. I will recommend Boulder Canyon Dental.
I'm very happy with the work I had done on my teeth. The staff at Boulder canyon dental were amicable, communicative and welcoming throughout my series of three appointments. Though it isint common for dentests to take a deposit for an appointment, I found it was worth it in the end. And this goes both ways either as an incentive not to miss you appointment but also as a guarantee of their quality service. Overall, the quality of the dental work and the service provided in general were high quality, not to mention they are in network with our insurance which significantly helped the affordability of the work I needed. (The location is also accessible for wheelchair users.)
I have been a patient at Boulder Canyon Dental for many years! My usual hygienist is Cyndi. She is great at her job, gives clear and helpful instruction, and is pleasant to talk to. I have also had a cleaning with Scarlet, who is very informative and nice to work with as well. My questions are always answered at my cleanings! Dr. Amy Smith is my dentist. She always does efficient exams and gives a clear synopsis. I also am working with her to resolve my TMJ symptoms. I just had an exam with Dr. Rushing and she was just as great at her job too! The office is in an old house, which is cool. It manages to be cozy and welcoming while being extremely clean and professional. It can take awhile to get back on the schedule if you have to move an appointment, which is understandable. Just be aware. Front desk is always cheery and of service!
I highly recommend Boulder Canyon Dental based on my recent experience there. The entire team provided truly exceptional service. The front office staff, Dalese and Berenice, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They consistently followed up with me to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed, and they provided detailed information regarding my insurance coverage. I came in for a root canal and crown procedure. Dr. Smith was excellent, clearly explaining the treatment process step-by-step and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure. His dental assistant, Salina, was also very attentive and made sure I was well taken care of. The collaborative effort of the whole team made me feel safe during my visit. I was scheduled for a two-hour appointment, and I was genuinely impressed that Dr. Smith was able to complete both the root canal and the placement of the final crown during that single visit—no temporary crown was necessary. The result is amazing; the crown on my molar looks exactly like my other teeth. I am extremely happy with my treatment and highly recommend this practice. They did an exceptional job and were wonderful to work with.
