My procedure went incredibly smoothly and quickly. There were no unexpected issues. The doctor, technicians and staff were very professional and engaging. On every visit I felt like I was being taken care of with empathy and support and treated with respect. Additionally, the communications before and after the procedures was thorough and it was sent in video, and text. Highly recommend this practice. When you’re getting your teeth worked on, you want the best and have complete confidence in the team. That’s how I felt and while I don’t look forward to the next procedure if I have to get one , at least I know they will take excellent care of me.
Dr. Luter was excellent. I felt heard, seen, valued. Not just by him, also his staff. Utmost professionals. And my tooth extraction/implants were dealt with in the way they should have been. Step by step. Calm, cool, collected, knowledable. I have more work that needs to be done and I am so fortunate my care can be at this office. Recommend highly.
Procedure was explained fully--what was being done and why. It went smoothly. Aftercare was also explained thoroughly and printed instructions were sent home. Questions were welcomed. A very professional dental practice. Dr Nedbalski is a knowledgeable and approachable dentist.
I have always heard wonderful things about the practice, my general dentist Dr Priya Uppal and other guests highly recommended Boulder oral surgery for the care I needed. My experience with Dr Luter reinforced what I already knew to be true, I was in excellent hands. I was very anxious from previous experiences and I appreciated the communication before and during the procedure. Excellent chair side manners, I felt comfortable from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I am extremely happy with how I am doing and feeling and can’t recommend Dr Luter and the entire team enough!
I had a great experience with both Dr Luter and Dr Chai. Dr. Luter was the one that performed the extraction, and when I was experiencing pain a week later and he was out of town, he promptly responded with help and connected me with Dr. Chai to do a follow up. Dr Chai was super helpful as well in the checkup and shared more about the varied healing process for different people that gave me peace of mind. (Everything was looking good as far as the tooth). I am now three weeks out and feeling great. Would definitely recommend Boulder oral surgeon
