I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm, welcoming team that truly cares about patient comfort and experience. The office is spotless, modern, and easy to access, with plenty of convenient parking. Every visit feels smooth and stress-free because the staff is organized, professional, and incredibly accommodating with scheduling. The quality of care is outstanding. Whether it’s routine cleanings or more involved treatments, everything is explained clearly and done with exceptional attention to detail. Dr. Friedman is not only skilled and knowledgeable but also patient and kind, always taking the time to ensure you feel confident about your treatment plan. This office goes above and beyond, and it’s clear they take great pride in helping patients maintain healthy teeth and beautiful smiles. I always get the best all-around service at Boulder Smile Design! Kayla and Sarah at the front desk are so welcoming and friendly — they make the atmosphere warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. They’re also incredibly clear and helpful when it comes to scheduling, billing, and all the insurance details, which I really appreciate. Lisa, my hygienist, was quick, gentle, and had me laughing the whole time. Dr. Friedman is always friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I know he has my best interests at heart, which means a lot. Thanks so much to the entire team for making each visit such a positive experience! See you next time!
Knowledgeable and professional staff and Dr Friedman is always available when I have any questions or issues. One morning on a Saturday I somehow got floss stuck between my teeth, texted him, and he literally met me a few hours later at his office on an off-day to remove it.
Very welcoming environment, as comfortable as a trip to the dentist can be. Dr. Friedman is very professional, and the entire staff was very thorough while being friendly. Highly recommend.
