My daughter, 11, had a dentist appt next door and we were referred to Dr. Rosen next door. We walked over and got scheduled for the following week. The office space is immaculate and the staff is all so friendly and welcoming! They made my daughter, who is terrified of the dentist, feel so comfortable and at ease. Dr. Decker was amazing and the appts fly by. I can’t rave enough about this office!
Today was our 1st visit to the Sierra Vista location. We were pretty sure that we definitely were not going to be able to afford the treatment our daughter desperately needs. Not only is the plan super affordable with a small down payment and monthly auto pay-they started the next step immediately. They placed the bottom row of braces in the same visit. They also were very thorough in making sure we all knew how to care for her teeth and the expectations moving forward. We are all stoked to know that we can actually afford to give our child a beautiful smile! Thank you so much to the entire crew!
Our experience has been amazing here at Rosen orthodontics! All three of my children needed braces at the same time and Zita explained the whole process so well and easy to understand. Both Dr Rosen and Dr Decker looked at my kids X-rays and helped determine which were priorities so it would help us spread out our payments. It was awesome to feel able to trust them right off the bat. During our braces process, I felt like we had the best care possible and all the assistants were so kind and wonderful with my kids. Dr Decker was the orthodontist we saw primarily and we love him! He is great at what he does and is so easy to talk to and understand the process. The front desk receptionists are always so friendly when we come in and whenever I’ve needed to call. Grateful for their friendly faces and kind service! Grateful to everyone at Rosen Orthodontics.
Everyone that works here is super cheerful and positive. Even when my kids struggle with brushing, they give excellent tips and advice. Many know what they're experiencing and give opinions based on their own experiences. The dentist explains things clearly and kindly. I am very pleased we have such an excellent Orthodontics location available to us!
I took my son in for an a consultation due to just moving here and his permanent retainer came off. I never expected how thorough the consultation would be. Everything was explained in detail from cost to treatment, with no hidden surprises. The staff was absolutely amazing, we felt welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. I feel very comfortable about my sons treatment and I feel like he is in good hands.
