I love this dentist and her staff! They are funny, personable and extremely nice and caring. They show it in how they act and how they talk to you and/or answer questions. I will never go to any other dentistry than the Bratton office.
I had a dental emergency just days prior to taking vacation on the day before an holiday and Dr. Bratton worked me into her schedule despite me not even being a regular patient. I was so fortunate to find her office. I was wildly surprised by how affordable my dental care was as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bratton and her staff if you’re looking for a dentist.
I took my mother to Bratton Dental Company. My mom loved Dr. Bratton . Mom is 87 and they made her feel at home . The staff was also very friendly . I was very impressed with Dr. Bratton patiently listening to my mom about her tooth problems. They are very professional and care about what the patient needs. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful office that’s very inviting . Thank You for being patient with my mom .
Been going here since middle school. Now an adult in my 30s. Always the best dental services in town. They always leave me feeling clean and refreshed! Dr. Bratton is the best!
Update: since this experience I did call back a few different times for different things( kids and husband all see Dr Bratton) Denise has answered my call a few times and was very helpful and friendly. Just wanted to update we all have bad days. The whole team is so compassionate about their jobs except for Denise. When trying to get pricing she was talking down to me when I asked questions instead of simple explanation or saying I’m unsure let me check. If Denise is the spokesperson for your front and pricing I’d definitely reevaluate where you want ppl to go in the future because of her bad experience I will be looking into another office. Sorry Denise get a better attitude when it comes to customer service and pricing especially.
