I can't say enough about the excellent care we have received for our whole family at Breakwater Dental. From the moment we walked in, the staff has been welcoming, kind, and incredibly organized. Dr. Norwood and Lauren R. took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visits. They were especially great with our kids—patient, gentle, and reassuring, which made a huge difference. It’s not easy to find a place that does such a great job with both adults and children, but this office truly does. We felt well cared for and never rushed. Highly recommend to any families looking for excellent dental care!

Their beautiful, modern office immediately put me at ease, and every staff member — from the front desk to the hygienists and assistants — was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a fairly extensive dental plan that they handled with amazing attention to detail and care. Dr. Norwood, Emily, Kim, Jordan, and Katie all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed at every step. What really stood out was how quickly I was able to get scheduled — I was seen within just a few days, compared to the 6-month to 1-year waitlists I encountered with other local dentists. The entire breakwater process is great the scheduling and front desk is seamless and helpful. My hygentst is thorough and makes great recommendations. The dentist is wonderful he doesn’t push you just great and detailed. I came from nj and would recommend them to anyone looking or moving here!
Like going to the spa! Super-chill atmosphere. Relaxing chat with the knowledgeable hygienist, entertainment of my choice on the overhead flatscreen TV, and a warm towel post-dental cleaning. No pain, no waiting, just smiles and laughs. Looking forward to my next appointment!
Breakwater Dental is the BEST Dental office in Sussex County. From state of the art technology, an amazing caring staff, fabulous Dental Hygienists, and an amazing dentist Dr. Norwood. The front reception ladies are very friendly, super helpful, listen to what your needs are and closely communicate with Dr Norwood and staff. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and comfortable making what could be a hard visit for some people not bad after all. You are definitely in great hands with the entire TEAM from start to finish at Breakwater Dental. As much as I want to scream off the roof tops how wonder they are, I'd also like to keep it a little secret but how can I not make sure everyone gets exceptional care like we do at Breakwater Dental.
