I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pitfield, his amazing office staff, and his hygienist, Savannah! From the moment I walk into the office, I am always greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The staff makes me feel comfortable and truly valued as a patient. Dr. Pitfield is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain every procedure in detail, making sure I understand all of my options and feel confident in the care I’m receiving. His expertise and attention to detail give me complete peace of mind, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about my oral health. Savannah is also fantastic—she’s gentle yet efficient, and I never feel rushed during my cleanings. She always explains what she's doing and offers helpful tips for maintaining good oral hygiene at home. Overall, this dental office is a wonderful place to receive care, and I always leave feeling well-cared for and informed. Dr. Pitfield did my frenectomy. He is very informative and thorough. He has great bedside manner. I have had no complications and the site where he removed the tissue looks great.
Dr Brian and his assistant Sydney, were the absolute sweetest today. I was an absolute nervous wreck to begin with but they were both so calm and gentle talking with me throughout the entire procedure. I asked at one point if they were going to get the tissue from the roof of my mouth and they already had. Super super kind! Went over post op instructions so well. And the ladies in the front, so so helpful and always willing to work with you. I will forever be going back to him.
