Brident Dental is truly top tier! I’ve had such a wonderful experience at this location. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. They take the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines such excellent care with kindness, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Five stars!
Brident dental in Brownsville TX, usually has a very efficient office. Today my experience, has been not so pleasing. They received me on time but the x-ray tech left me sitting for a long while. Upon returning, she explained that the office was very short handed. Upon seeing the new dentist, which changes every 6 months, I was informed that she could only do one small repair which only took about 15 minutes and that I would have to return at a later time to have a filling done, and have my teeth cleaned, which was already scheduled for today. I was informed by the scheduler that the hygienist wasn't even here today, which was the whole reason for my appointment here today to begin with. This office apparently has a difficult time retaining help, as dentists and other employees are always changing frequently, at this location. This visit today was less than satisfactory for me and I will be looking for other options.
Very happy with Dr patients with my 7 year old. No crying today. Will be bringing her back.
From the moment I walk in I feel welcome, staff is friendly. Treatment coordinator and assitants always answer all my questions. Ten out of a ten.
