I recently just got a whole lot of work done in the last 6 months. Before coming here I can honestly say I had nothing but bad experiences from OTHER dentist offices and was super nervous. My experience here was absolutely FANTASTIC! From my very first visit they made me feel real comfortable. It was nice because they had a whole game-plan of what work needed to be done and how we were going to fix my teeth. From visual pictures to description of each steps throughout the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Bright Dental! From their incredible kind staff, their incredible work, and everything in between! I can proudly say I now smile BIG with confidence!
This place deserves more than 5 stars. If you are scared or hate going to the dentist, then you need to make your next appointment here!! Everyone who works in this building are the nicest professionals I have ever encountered. They really care for you here. Before I came here I hated going to the dentist because I was always leaving in more pain. First time I came here, they really saved me. Wherever I was going before did not know what they were doing. They “filled” 3 cavities for me and I left with even more pain, not to mention how traumatic the numbing needle was. I came here and they saw the problem right away and fixed it. Apparently my old dentist never even fully cleaned my tooth before filling it leaving me in more pain. This office tackled the problem and didn’t give me extra charge for them having to fix someone else’s work. I was so grateful, my teeth slowly started to feel better. My one tooth was so bad I needed to get a permanent implant. I was so scared about this procedure and Tara assured me there’s nothing to worry about it and it’ll all be worth it in the end. She was so right, cause I’ve gone since the end of middle school accepting my fate of always having an achy mouth. Now that this office got my teeth the way they’re supposed to be, I am pain free for over a year now! They’re truly the best office around! I would recommend everyone to go here, they will seriously change your life!! Shoutout to Darlene, sweetest receptionist! Tara for always being so kind to me and working with me financially
From the moment I walked into the office I have felt nothing more than welcoming vibes! This place is changing the way I feel about dentists! Dr. Gus and Nina are absolutely fabulous! Nina has such an amazing personality I absolutely adore her and Dr. Gus has been so understanding and patient with me! I have severe anxiety and he has been the first dentist ever to take his time, explain everything, and be so patient with me. While I’m still building trust I feel more confident every time I walk in there. And the receptionists they are amazing women! I love walking in there and they know my name right off the bat. Tara is such a fantastic person! Explaining everything clear as day. I can not recommend this place enough!! It’s the first dentist in all my years that I can actually say I feel very welcomed and not judged!
This was my first visit to Bright Dental, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. The office was extremely clean and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Gus was exceptional, extremely informative and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their long-term dental health. His dental assistant, Anna, was also amazing, friendly, supportive, and professional, making the whole experience even better. I was seen right on time, and everything from start to finish was smooth and reassuring. I would highly recommend Bright Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care. Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs.
I was very pleased. Being my first time the staff treated me like I have been coming there for a long time. Nina an Sarah where very good an explained everything that was happening. Dr. was very through an also explained everything so I understand. My husband will be making an appointment soon. Thank you.
