This office is incredible! I have had nothing but positive experiences bringing two of my kiddos here. Dr Veit does an excellent job explaining treatment phases and what to expect and all of the staff is so friendly and helpful as well. I always felt welcomed and comfortable at each appointment. My daughter completed phase one treatment and her teeth look amazing and the whole process was super smooth!
We are so glad that we came to Bright Orthodontics for our son's braces. This was a much more positive experience than with our daughter's at another business a few years ago. Dr. Veit and all of the staff were always so friendly and welcoming (greeting you by name each and every time)! They are very easy to work with and do a great job explaining and answering any questions. The frozen custard tokens were a bonus for him too!
Over the past 3 years Dr. Veit and staff treated both my sons. Absolutely amazing experience of both service and compassion. Dr. Veit has created a multi themed office experience at various locations around the Fox valley with staff that makes you feel right at home and welcome. Both of my boys had orthodontic work done and we had the best experience ever!! One of my sons is on the spectrum and they were always so gentle and kind to make it great for him. They were so accommodating to my son whenever he broke brackets they would get him in right away. I’m actually a little sad we are done and won’t see them anymore
