My kids and I have been with Bright smile Dental for over 10 years now. The practice is fantastic; their Saturday appointments are a game changer for me as I don’t have to miss work or my kids don’t have to miss school for regular cleaning. Their emergency and same day appointments have come in handy for me a few times. The doctors are very patient and spend quality time in providing care. The hygienists make you feel comfortable and work with you every step of the cleaning. We are glad to be with them to take care of our teeth!!
Hands down the most comfortable, professional, and modern dental office I’ve ever been to. The entire experience was painless and very enjoyable. The entire staff was attentive and very empathetic and that’s coming from someone who was very very afraid . They made the extraction process feel so smooth. The dentist and the assistant went over treatment plans and gave detailed explanations when needed. I highly recommend this office to anyone who has high dental anxiety. You will not go back to another dentist once coming here for the first time .
After a terrible experience with my previous dentist (wrong charges, lost records, the whole circus), Bright Smile in Powell was a ✨ massive upgrade ✨ For starters, the office is BEAUTIFULLY decorated, welcoming, and stocked with plenty of refreshments, which makes the whole experience feel elevated right when you walk in. (This isn’t your old school musty dentist office your parents used to take you to.) Jay (Jaliedy), my hygienist, was fantastic. Very down to earth, personable, and great at what she does. She made the appointment comfortable and easy from start to finish. & Dr. Kamran was equally wonderful. Approachable, thorough, and clearly focused on patient care. It’s refreshing to find a dentist who feels both trustworthy and genuinely kind. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and shoutout to Dereck for pointing me toward such a great office. If you need a new dentist, I highly recommend Bright Smile. Great people, beautiful space, and a dental experience you’ll actually look forward to.
This was my first appointment and I was so nervous I almost canceled but I'm very glad I didn't. Everyone was quite friendly and welcoming and it was definitely one of my most pleasant appointments. I'm so happy Dr. Kim was able to pinpoint the root of my pain that had been going on for quite some time now and finally after seeing a few other dentists I now have answers and a game plan! I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm actually excited to go back. Excellent staff! Excellent service!
I had a great experience at Bright Smile Dental. The staff is very welcoming and the office is beautiful. My hygienist, Vy, was thorough and gentle. My dentist, Dr. Kamran is intelligent and honest and explained my care plan in detail. I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were answered. I felt comfortable the entire visit. I trust the staff here and would recommended this office to anyone.
