I was a new patient today for this office and I was very nervous as I haven’t been to a dentist since I was under 10 years old. I am 28 now. I was full of nerves and unsure how things would go. Raina was the first one to help me and omg she is incredible. She said she’s newer at the office but I couldn’t tell for a moment. She was kind and patient and knowledgeable automatically. I felt so much better after only a few mins with her and the dentist really took his time to figure out what my concerns are and the ways to fix them best. Absolutely 10/10 service all the way around. I look forward to coming back and continuing my journey to wonderful teeth. Thanks so much.
5 stars for Bright Star Dental!!! My whole visit was amazing. Yuri and Carina were so nice and helpful in scheduling my appointment. Raina my hygienist was extraordinarily gentle and very thorough with my cleaning and Dr Parsons took the time to listen to my dental concerns and addressed them with his expertise. If you want a professional and amazing dental experience, then Bright Star Dental is the place to go!!!
I recently moved to Las Cruces and I’m so happy that I called Bright Star Dental. I was able to get an appointment to clean my teeth quickly and then get an appointment to have a crown procedure scheduled within a week. Dr Parsons is very professional, explaining everything about my teeth so that I had a full understanding and that I could make a decision easily. Jennifer cleaned my teeth and Faith assisted with my crown procedure. I knew that I my understanding and comfort were their main concerns. They made my visit such a positive and calm experience. I highly recommend this office.
A True Transformation: From Crippling Fear to Confidence Before finding Dr. Parsons and Faith, my dental anxiety was debilitating. It was the kind of white-knuckle dread that prevented me from seeking care. But this team didn't just fix my teeth; they fundamentally changed my relationship with dentistry. They are, quite simply, exceptional. I put them through two very difficult tests, and they excelled at both. First, I had a terrifying dental emergency. They didn't hesitate—they brought me in right away, making me feel instantly safe and cared for during a moment of panic. Second, and perhaps most difficult, was the necessity of two front tooth extractions and fitting me with a permanent front denture. This was a huge, complex, and emotionally charged procedure. Dr. Parsons handled the clinical work with immense skill and precision and compassion, while Faith not only used her technical skills but also provided the calm, supportive presence I desperately needed. They made what should have been a traumatic experience feel manageable and positive. Thanks to their expertise and profound kindness, I am now able to go to the dentist without the crippling fear I once had, and more importantly, now for the first time in a long time, I can genuinely smile again. If you suffer from dental anxiety or just require significant restorative work, look no further, Dr. Parsons and Faith are the compassionate, experienced and exceptional professionals you need. This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had from the calming environment to all of the employees! Thank you!
