Visited Brilliant Smiles today for the first time. The staff was incredibly friendly. Every staff member that walked past you said hi or smiled at you. They did a great job cleaning my teeth and was great at counseling me on future treatment. I would highly recommend them.
Every time I visit Brilliant Smiles I am treated so professionally. From the Receptionist to the Hygienists to the Dentist, Dr. Jenicke, all do their part to make you feel relaxed and your dental health is important to them. They do great work to give you a fabulous smile!
Very welcoming staff and clean, modern, private procedure rooms. Most importantly, they were very concerned with my comfort levels throughout the appointment. I’m a very happy new client!
Even tho they no longer take Delta Dental, I’m willing to pay the out-of-pocket amount because of their amazing service. Their staff are so friendly and polite. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now.
My whole family goes here and we love it! The atmosphere is so cozy and friendly, and while it's a small office it's tastefully decorated and operates smoothly. All of the hygienists we get are amazing and so friendly, we have a 9 year old who loves to laugh and joke around with them. But most importantly they're honest, and give you honest feedback on how to properly care for your teeth and they always answer any question we have.
