Great office with an amazing staff! From the moment I checked in, Matt at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The hygienist, Heather, was wonderful and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Tien took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I fully understood my treatment. Highly recommend this office!
The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming!! I came in today to get some cavities filled and Kelly was so sweet and did an amazing job at easing my worries throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend!
I needed a tooth extracted and they did that there. No sending me out to someone else and having to wait. It wasn't that bad. Not as bad as I thought it was going to be. They are very friendly there and I was able to get in sooner by filling in on a cancellation from another patient. It is a little bit of a drive for me from Vandalia but they took me in as an Air Force veteran from a referral from veteran services on Edwin c Moses and that meant the world to me. There are several dentist here in Vandalia, even 1 that's 2 blocks away from my home. However, they were not on the list of dentists who worked with veteran services and took me in as a new patient. Yes I will make that drive, no problem. Thank you for your support of veterans.
Everyone was courteous and professional. The renmovared house was modern but a bit crowded, easily missed if you are looking for a building. I really appreciated their feedback on my insurance coverage. As a new patient, I will followup here.
Recently lost my dental insurance but needing a cleaning I keep my appointment anyway, arrived at 8am for my appointment called back at 805 sitting in the dental chair when they say to me I have no dental insurance I stated yes I know , they did a quick exam and said I need a xray ,it had only been less than a year since my last 1, I said I probably can't afford that at this time they said I refused them, ok whatever and proceeded with the cleaning and a quick look by the dentist for poor fitting dentures that they provided, I only have a few bottom teeth 6, to clean six teeth & to be paying my bill and out by 840am my out of pocket was 250 bucks can you imagine if I'd gotten xrays how much that would cost! Shame on them, in 2 years they are on there third dentist, service has declined and so has the care , they only have 1 good employee,Matt,.Who works they front desk, poor employees, poor service and prices are unaffordable now I'm looking for a new dentist and I feel like I've been cheated, warning to all find yourself a different provider!
