I’ve had a terrible experience with Brightly Dentures and Implant Studio. My dentures do not fit properly and have been adjusted multiple times. Each adjustment made them worse, not better. At my 9:00 AM appointment today, I calmly explained what was wrong with my dentures. Instead of receiving help, a very large male dental assistant became aggressive, put his hands on me, and threatened me while pushing me toward the door. I felt unsafe and disrespected. This is completely unacceptable behavior in a medical setting. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I started as a patient with Britely in Aug, 2025 and the whole Britely Team is A++ Fantastic.🤩 Dr. Nina M is smart, sweet natured and extremely talented within her implant studio & the care she provides to her patients. Anyone looking into to getting implants, I personally recommend you see Dr. Nina Mehranfar for your brand new smile & care. 🪥
I had the same problem as Mr. Lowry. The implant bridge that Dr. Mirahnmar put in does not fit properly. I return multiple times and complain and they told me that there is no problem. I am the one wearing it and know that it does not feel right. How can they say that. Its hurting my gum everytime I chew. Goes up and down. I don't recommend her practice. I went to several dentist and they will not touch it. By the way, also they told me that the problem is my upper bridge. That was there for 20+ years and never giving me any problem.
The people are nice but everyday I look in the mirror and hate the implants they gave me. They don’t match my face like the woman on the website. Theyre odd looking and have trouble saying certain words with them. Basically stopped singing as well. I said something several times but nothing changed. Recommend you get several opinions. I went with the reviews and they didn’t match the experience.
I was not happy with my appointment. I spent a lot of my money for dentures to give me pleasure, but instead I can't eat with them and they come loose and cause me great discomfort. After many adjustments they are no better. I can't afford to spend 6100 dollars for snap in kind. I expected the form to provide me with satisfaction and overall dental health. Would not recommend anyone to use your service.
