The care and attention I received from Dr. Zahm and his staff was fantastic, so helpful and frankly, quite unmatched in this part of PA. When I walked in I was met by staff who not only knew my name but even knew why I was there and my dental symptoms from previous discussion. The care went so well and when further advice was given it was conveyed by the team - not just some typed notes on the bottom of the invoice like so many large group providers. And when an oral surgeon was needed Dr. Zahm’s recommendation was for a doctor who is perfect for the job and has received public opinion just as high. I highly recommend that Brockie Dental become your new go to for all your dentals care and repair.
When the dentist I had been seeing for many years retired, the receptionist recommended Dr. Zahm at Brockie Dental and I’m so glad she did. I find the staff very friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Zahm has performed for me everything from crowns to a root canal and I’m very satisfied. Dr. Zahm cares as much about me as he does my teeth! He is genuine and I’m so glad I landed at his practice. I highly recommend Dr. Zahm and his staff.
I have been keeping my negative experiences at this practice to myself for years, because I am a big believer in sharing the good and not the bad. The five star reviews are totally on point: the office is clean and pleasant, the hygienists are wonderful, and Dr. Zahm is very personable. I am sad to say that this was not enough to overcome several bad experiences related to actual dentistry rather than atmosphere. I needed a crown, and was pleasantly surprised that they made them in-house. I was not informed they were 3D printed from a different material, which feels rough and never clean. He also made the crown much larger than the original tooth, which resulted in my constantly biting my tongue and cheek. When I told him how painful this was, he denied that the tooth was larger than my real tooth. A second crown was even bigger, causing me to have to blow air into my cheeks to close my mouth without biting myself. Again, he said neither tooth looked large to him. It fell off, thank heaven, and it was the most comfortable my mouth had been in a year. He finally admitted that he could take a bit off the crown after all. I have since seen another dentist that validated that the crowns far exceed my normal tooth line. I can understand mistakes that need to be corrected, but he repeatedly invalidated my own experience. It was disrespectful and harmful. A good dentist listens. I won’t go back.
I just changed dentist's after 40 years. At the recommendation of my neighbor, I went to Brockie Dental to see Dr. Chad Zahm and crew. I must say it was actually a fun experience. My hygienist, Jess, nearly put me to sleep. Then I met the dentist and was pleasantly surprised that he will outlive me and I won't need to switch dentists again. Very personable and friendly. They asked me if I had any needs that I wanted met plus made suggestions with regards to flossing and whitening. Dr Zahm performed my exam and additionally made some logical suggestions for the future care of my teeth. Great experience 👍.
Brockie Dental was extremely helpful and kind to me. I really appreciated all the time they spent to get to understand my situation and help me in the best way they could. I definitely recommend and the staff was wonderful.
