I have had two amazing experiences here so far. I had a major infection come out of no where and they were able to see me same day as a new patient referred from the VA. I was in significant pain and the staff was very kind. The wait was maybe 3 to 5 minutes upon arriving. Dr. V is very gentle and nice. She got the infection under control and did not rush any treatment that wasn't necessary. The following day the staff called to check on me. I highly recommend this place and I only want to come here for any dental work in the future. Plus, the building is new and beautiful. The view is also great!!
My regular dentist referred me to Broken Arrow Periodontics and Dental Implants after I had a tooth extracted. I needed a bone graft in preparation for a dental implant. Angie initially contacted me to schedule an appointment, which I scheduled for the following week. Angie was delightful to speak with and provided a nice first impression of the practice. When I arrived for my appointment, a nice lady at the front desk greeted me. I checked in and had a brief wait before seeing the dentist. Dr. Vattikunta, also known aka Dr. V., introduced herself and discussed the process and procedure. It began with obtaining an X-ray of the jaw area and describing what could be performed. I expected this appointment would be a consultation, and another appointment would be scheduled for the procedure. To my surprise, Dr. V. said the bone graft could be performed at this appointment. To my delight, I had the graft completed and did not feel any pain with the sedative injection. The area was stitched with a follow-up appointment scheduled seven days later. I arrived for my follow-up appointment with Dr. V. to have the stitches removed. Within 10 minutes of checking in, I was on my way. Dr. Vatticunta’s office atmosphere is easy going yet prompt and efficient. Dr Vatticunta is thorough and noticed some errors in my toothbrushing techniques. She will spend the time with you that is necessary. She’s genuinely concerned about her patients.
I will follow Dr. Vattikunta around the world! I love Max and Ashley as well. All around such a great place and a great experience. I have dental anxiety worse than most and Dr. Vattikunta made sure I was ok through the entire deep cleaning and during two teeth extractions and gum graft.
Very pleased with my initial appointment. Dr. V and all her ‘crew’ were positive and upbeat..friendly and kind. Was impressed with the quality of people they seem to be…knowledgeable, thoughtful, helpful. Especially appreciated Dr. V providing a conservative, honest evaluation because she could have gotten away with calling for more procedures than necessary (she knew one dentist had told me I might need more perio work). Gave helpful advice and info regarding my overall dental care situation. Rare find!
