Very upfront about treatment, treatment options and prices went in for teeth cleaning, but they suggested waiting as certain conditions weren't optimal for that. Had option for full mouth cat scan available. Was impressed with the personnel.
Dr Ballard is so kind. He and his assistant make you feel calm. He is also so very gentle. I have had a root canal and a tooth pulled and I had no pain with either procedure
The staff is very friendly. Dental assistants made everything as painless as possible. Overall a great experience. I would recommend to friends and family .
Given the fact I experience "Dentophobia" (fear of Dentists), the staff and physician offered an environment and spoke to me in a manner where I did not require the assistance of Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) and I was able to communicate my problem to each of them without crying uncontrollably. I was given choices on how I would like to move forward. I have never recommended a Dentist to anyone. I will recommend Brookway Dental to anyone, especially those crippled by and suffering from "Dentophobia".
This was our daughter’s first experience here and they absolutely loved it and everyone there!
