Dr Sean Brown always listens and lets you make the choice after giving his professional opinion. He is there to make sure you are happy instead of the $$ choice. He does great work as well
This office is a total disaster. There was nothing significant about the appointment just an average cleaning with X-rays. They billed insurance almost $400 and we thought for sure it must have been some kind of mistake and called to clarify. Customer service was horrible and they were bitchy and told us that the amount was correct and we needed to take it up with our insurance. This was a one time visit to potentially switch our family of six to their office because our main dentist is always so booked out. Must be booked out because the offices such as browns are AWFUL!
Dr Brown is the best! They all are. I've been coming here since I was a kid. Dr Greg pulled all my wisdom teeth, and 7 baby teeth that weren't falling out so that I could get braces. He and Dr Scott and Dr Shawn are all kind and caring and very very talented. They are not in it for the money - they are in it for the people. They will not tell you that you have a cavity just because they want to make money off of you. You can absolutely trust what they tell you. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Brown dental is the G.O.A.T.
The absolute best experience from ANY dental office I have gone to in my life. I had three surgical extractions today and didn’t feel a thing! They were friendly and transparent about the procedure and costs. I highly recommend any of the three Brown brothers and any of their assistants and employees!
I only gave them 5 stars because that’s all they would let me. These guys are the best and treat you like family. Their prices are always fair and customer service is top notch. I have been coming to Brown Dental for years. Shawn and his team will take care of you. They use the latest technology and best practices to meet your needs and make going to the dentist less stressful.
