Very knowledgeable dentist, friendly personnel, one thing bothered me, a nurse gave me problems when I wanted to go in with my 11yr old for his first baby tooth being pulled, this isn’t California where parents have no say, it’s Montana. I’ve never had a problem at other dentists with either son. I’m not overreacting, I just think there should be no question if I want to go in, which I did anyway. I might not go back to this dentist, I now feel uncomfortable.
Today was my second visit. I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist and my hygienist. I did not see Dr Bruce today as it was a cleaning only. My hygienist was very kind and helpful during my appointment. I have an autoimmune disease that is pretty rare and causes acid reflux. We discussed ways to help safeguard the enamel on my teeth from being eroded by the acid. Overall a great experience.
My dental assistant, first of all, was sooo kind and made sure I was comfortable. (Cannot remember who she was. 10/10 recommend her to anyone!) the environment was absolutely pleasant!!! The eerie feeling people get when they are not good with dental work, you don’t have that here! Staffing is all so great! And my teeth feel & look so much better!
I have been a patient at this location since the 1980’s and the standards set by Robert Colemon have carried on by Bruce Family Dentistry. I am fortunate to have only minor procedures needed. My teeth are healthy and the routine cleaning has made this possible. Everyone here is friendly, thorough, considerate and friendly.
I absolutely love this dentist! I’ve been seeing them for a couple years now. They have excellent etiquette and seem to really know what they are doing. Dr. Bruce has always made me feel comfortable and it’s nice if I need something done with my teeth they really make sure you can’t feel anything, different from other dentists I’ve been to. He is also really great at making sure my teeth and gums are well taken care of through my pregnancies! I couldn’t ask for better.
