I had a great experience here, from regular examination to major treatment like a crown. The receptionists are super welcome and address all your concerns regarding the treatment plans, billings, and dealing with insurances. Dr.Liang and Dr.Han are also knowledgable, thinking from patients' perspective to give the best treatment plan without over-treatment. I am just super glad to visit btyDental and meet those nice people here. Highly recommended if you are looking for a dentist in Bellevue!
Everyone at the office — from the front desk to the assistant, hygienist, and doctor — was friendly, professional, and efficient. The office itself is modern, comfortable, and conveniently located, with free validated parking at Bellevue Place. There was a small hiccup with my insurance, but the office honored the original quote and took responsibility immediately. They also promised to review and improve their internal processes, which shows genuine integrity and a commitment to excellent patient care. That kind of attitude and action truly reflects a business that values its customers and strives to do the right thing. Highly recommended!
Hemi is a fantastic hygienist!! Really provided a great cleaning (almost felt like a deep cleaning, but she was just being thorough and professional). Ensured i was comfortable throughout the session.
They scheduled my son's appointment for 5 1/2 months instead of 6 so insurance denied coverage. I called to discuss this issue with them. They said they would talk to manager and call me back. Never got a call back and then they just sent me a bill requesting payment for the overdue outstanding balance. If they can't do the small things correctly, I won't be trusting them with anything else.

The current dentists are young but skilled, and genuinely attentive, and the staff is always warm and welcoming. I also like the technology improvements they’ve implemented. The whole place has a calm, pleasant vibe that makes visits surprisingly easy. My only tiny suggestion would be to brighten up the dark moose-turd-green 1990s walls—but even with that nostalgic unpleasant décor, the care seems top-notch.
