If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Everyone that works here is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The lady that did my cleaning was gentle and thorough. The dentist that removed my son’s wisdom teeth was excellent and compassionate. Pricing is affordable, even without insurance.
I struggle with brushing my teeth and they never make me feel bad even though I’m an adult and it shouldn’t be that hard for me. Megan is very understanding and gentle and I’m not scared to go to the dentist anymore when I know she’ll be the one cleaning my teeth. Everyone is very kind and it’s a nice place to go if you have similar issues to me
I have been to many dentists over the years and have wanted/needed upper and lower 4 in one implants, but never had a dentist I was comfortable with until going here. I had the procedure done last Friday and they went above and beyond to both work with me to make me and my worrisome wife comfortable and do an all hands on deck to make sure everything went smoothly. I would recommend Bullis Pond to anyone that is tired of feeling like a dollar sign and expects to get the care a family member would get. The caring staff was impressive throughout the lead up and follow through of the procedure unlike any Office and Dentist I have ever been to. Since I moved to Eau Claire, I unfortunately haven’t made time to find a new dentist till now. After my first appointment there, I am exceptionally glad that I chose Bullis Pond Dental. Not only was everyone extremely kind and understanding of my situation, but Roz and Dr. Travis made the experience wonderfully informative and respectful. I was sat down and taught a lot more about dental care, and also received a wonderful cleaning. Roz even carved out extra time in her busy schedule to squeeze in another cleaning for me.
I followed Dr. Fleming and his team over to this clinic and they have been above & beyond amazing. Friendly front desk folks, welcoming, knowledgeable and flexible with getting me in timely when I had wisdom teeth issues and needed them! The assistants and hygienists are all so supportive and great too. Thank you, Thank you! Highly recommend to anyone searching for a new provider!
