I had an abscess tooth that my dentist could not pull without giving me a great amount of pain. He referred me to Dr. Bulot who took me in immediately and pulled my abscessed tooth. It relieves me from having a great amount of pain. He put my dental post in and then I went back to my dentist for the crown. I went back to Dr. bulot two years later for another post and another Crown in my upper molars. Dr Bulot is extremely professional. He was extremely nice, caring, and his nursing staff was very comforting. I would highly recommend Dr. Bulot and his staff. In Fact, I already have recommended him to a friend who needs a post now due to a cracked molar. I told him what a great job Dr. Bulot did with his nursing staff for me and he’s got an appointment scheduled to go see him. I read some negative reviews, and I realize everybody has different experiences in life but for me Dr. Bulot and his staff was a Godsend.

I have had full dentures since having a bad automobile accident with a farm tractor. The impact broke several of my teeth in my jaw. I was referred to Dr. Bulot by our family dentist Dr. Clint Sandefur. I did not think I would qualify for dental implants. Dr. Bulot and his staff were very helpful and thorough. I was surprised to find that I still have enough bone to qualify for implants without having to undergo painful bone grafting. They explained the entire process involved in ‘seating’ the screws that hold the implants in the gums. The prices were not as bad as we thought and I would not require a full set of implants. If you desire to get dental implants, I highly recommend Dr. David Bulot his wonderful staff at the Baton Rouge Oral and Facial Surgical Center.

I highly recommend Drs. Bulot & Nelson. They are excellent!! I have spent the last 4 years in implant hell bc I trusted a general dentist to place several implants over and over again. I will admit, I chose to go with a general dentist bc his quote was less expensive (about $25k less- but the adage: if it sounds to good to be true,… def applies to my case). At the end of the day (10/2018-12/2021) - I ended up spending 3x the quote and had nothing to show for it but a mouth with none of my natural teeth, an implant bridge with an implant post under it that was never uncovered, a couple of implants barely hanging on, & an implant post almost 100% exposed - caused by my former dentist’s assistant when she dropped the cauterizing tool in my mouth and split the gums surrounding the implant. I have spent much of the last four years in a great deal of pain, unable to eat much of anything, and embarrassed to talk to people or go out unless my mouth was covered. The doctors at the Fusion Implant Center are actual surgeons. This is very important. They know everything there is to know about implants. Excellent chair-side manner. Dr. Nelson removed an implant in less than 5 minutes and I felt no pain afterwards. I was very nervous, but he took the time to make sure I felt comfortable about the procedure before doing it. Dr. Bulot met with my mother and I during my consult and we cannot say enough about how impressed we were with his knowledge and treatment plan for me moving forward. I know this is long, but I cannot say enough how VERY IMPORTANT IT IS TO HAVE IMPLANTS DONE BY AN ORAL SURGEON- A REAL ORAL SURGEON WHO HAS THE CREDENTIALS BEHIND HIS NAME TO BACK IT UP. The higher cost is nothing compared to suffering and ending up having to see them to repair what the lower prices gets you. TRUST ME! I learned the hard way.
