Got my wisdom teeth removed in December and I could not be happier with the service here! I had some time open up in my schedule so I called Cache Valley Wisdom Teeth just looking for information on possible dates. Molly let me know they had availability to remove all four teeth two days later. She was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and working with my insurance under such short notice. The procedure went so smoothly that I was confused afterwards because I was expecting some classic wisdom-teeth-horror-story. Dr. Burns reached out on New Year's Eve to check in with my recovery which was such a nice way to end the year. The professionalism, kindness, and post-op care I experienced from CVWT was remarkable. I highly recommend Dr. Burns to anyone in Cache Valley who is worried or scared about getting their wisdom teeth removed.
Dr. Burns and his staff are amazing! They made the whole process from beginning to end run smoothly. The procedure went very well and my son healed quickly without any problems. We were well educated and knew what to expect and how to assist the healing process. I would definitely recommend Cache Valley Wisdom Teeth!
I 100% recommend Dr. Burns to anyone looking to get their wisdom teeth removed. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, honestly made me feel so comfortable. The procedure was very smooth and no complications. They gives you clear follow up instructions after the procedure and also reached out to me a week after my surgery to check up.
Such a great experience! Well, maybe not so much for my daughter who was the one actually getting her teeth pulled out. 🤣 Seriously, though. Such an efficient office, extra kind staff, and a doctor who takes personal interest and care in the procedure and recovery of every patient. I would absolutely recommend this business to any family ready to conquer the wisdom teeth!
Three of my kids have had wisdom teeth removed here and it was such a good experience... well as good as getting teeth out can be. Dr. Burns is caring and knowledgeable. When one of my kids ended up with a dry socket, he was very thoughtful and willing to go the extra mile to help with the pain. My daughter who is terrified of needles, often brings up her positive experience with Dr. Burns and his empathy about her fear and assistance dealing with the situation. When one of my children had emotional struggls during to procedure due to their reaction to the anesthesia, Dr Burns was caring and compassionate with both my child and me, while helping take care of the procedure with calm efficiency. When one of my kids asked if he could keep the teeth, Dr. Burns was great about not only making that happen, but connecring with my child over it and helping to teach about the teeth. He catered each experience to my children's individual needs.I highly recommend him for any tooth removal. His staff is also amazing. They're kind, caring, and thorough giving information to help everyone have the best experience. Dr. Burns and his staff are top notch.
