So everyone normally don’t look forward to going to the dentist, let me tell you about Dr.Gear and his staff. I have been a long time customer of Dr .Gear and love how he talks to you as a friend and is always honest with his opinions. I may not always choose the right path and he gives me his opinion ( as I want him to do) and we find a way to fix me and do the right thing . Typically when I show up at the office the girls ( as I call them ) at the counter are full of energy and that always helps when visiting the dentist!! I have met new staff over the years with several offices and love going to Fort Myers Office as from the time you walk in to the time you leave you feel like family . On my recent visits the assistant that I normally see was off and I had to see another I had never meet. She made me feel comfortable by saying the other assistant had updated her about my case and if I had any questions please ask. I am new to writing reviews as I normally as for a manager or owner when I have great service. Hopefully these reviews are read by customers looking for opinions.
Had a last minute issue with a temp crown and post Nikki was able to schedule me the same day and once i arrived Ashley was concerned and attentive as always while prepping for the Doc!
DR. MIGUEL SCHEEL And his assistants replace 3 caps on my front teeth I am so happy with his work! You would never know they are caps!!! They all work so great together!

I have crazy anxiety about going to the dentist. Going into this office was just like any other I was freaking out on the inside and very scared. I walked out of that office with a completely different outlook on dental offices, when I went back the very next day I walked in with no stress and a smile on my face excited to see everyone. Dr, Gear and his staff are amazing, beyond anything I could describe. He talks to you and cares for you like your family, his assistants are hilarious and the front office staff is so sweet! Thank you guys for playing a huge part in conquering one of my biggest fears!
