Dr. Campbell was wonderful. I’m very upset with the front desk girls. My daughter had an appointment Tuesday for a follow up. . When we get there the girl says she has no appointments. I ask her when is her appointment is and she doesn’t even bother to look. She just said “Oh she must have fell through the cracks. “ Absolutely no apologies. Very unprofessional. My time is precious just like Dr. Campbell’s is. I don’t like for my time to be wasted. Those girls need to do a better job!! No patient should fall through the cracks.
I waited 3 weeks for a consultation in November to have 3 wisdom teeth removed & paid for the consultation out of pocket. I was told it had to go through the insurance and it could take up to 3 weeks. I informed them how one of the wisdom teeth was hurting. I never heard anything back. I called in January & they said the insurance hasn’t responded yet & they can’t send it again because the 21 days are not up. It had been almost 2 months since my consultation. I called my insurance and they said they still have not received anything. I called again on Monday, which is almost the end of February to ask & they said they still have not heard anything from the insurance but they resent it again & would give me a call back. Today, they called and told me because I switched plans in January, they no longer cover my plan & I would have to pay self pay. Just very upset because I been waiting over 3 months & they accepted my plan at the time of the consultation & had it been sent on time, I could have gotten them removed under the plan they accepted.
Had a tooth extracted this morning. I was super nervous. I called yesterday for an appointment and they got me in first thing this morning at 7:30. The office staff took very good care of me. Dr. Campbell has great bedside manners and explained the process thoroughly. The process took under 20 minutes and I didn’t even know that the tooth was out. I read all the reviews as well prior to going through with my appointment, I prayed for an easy pain-free experience and that’s what I got.
Just had 3 wisdom teeth taken out (all on the right side). Dr. Campbell was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions in the preliminary appointment. He explained the process thoroughly and made sure I had all my questions answered. Today, the day of the surgery, I had a great experience! Dr. Campbell and his nurse made sure I was comfortable, and made sure I didn't feel any pain at all. They were flexible if I needed to take a breather, and were super patient if I needed to swallow. The local anesthesia gave me a weird feeling when I needed to swallow and that made me nervous, but he put an oximeter on my finger to reassure me that my oxygen levels were fine during the surgery. It was quick, and I am confident I will have a quick recovery.
Dr Campbell was excellent. He removed a cracked lower wisdom tooth and I was so impressed for starters the whole process of removal took maybe 5 min and Dr Campbell made it pain free. Having always had bad experiences with the dentist and having molar tooth extractions in the past was alway painful during the process however Dr Campbell was pain free for the first time ever. Dr Campbell and the office staff was very nice and professional and I highly recommend Dr Campbell to everyone in fact after my experience if I ever have to get any tooth removed I will go to Dr Campbell. Will be going back next month for 1 more wisdom tooth extraction and honestly I have no fear this time I look forward to the visit. Thank you Dr Campbell for the excellent patient care your provided me and making such a memorable pain free experience.
