Wonderful experience! Was very anxious since my autistic son needed 2 extractions but they were very patient and calm with him. It went way better than I could have imagined! The anesthesiologist Dr. Amanda Okundaye was fabulous and so was Dr. Yau! 1000% recommend!
My youngest just had her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Moody. Previously my 2 older now young adult children has theirs extracted by Dr. Falk. We were given a referral elsewhere, however because of the quality of care received by Canyon Oral & Facial, I knew this was the only practice I trusted. I can’t thank them enough for how fast they were able to accommodate our schedule as my daughter is a musician and need to have these removed immediately to allow adequate recovery and for her to be able to return to her instruments as she is coming up on music festival season. I also have to say that their practice is exceptionally clean. As someone who worked 25 years in healthcare and 22 in surgery, I am very keen to how clean a practice is. With that said, their customer service and patient care is top tier. My daughter found the videos they created and send to their patients very informative and a great tool to reference back to. My daughter couldn’t remember if she could brush or rise her mouth in the middle of the night the 1st day while I was asleep. She was able to reference back to Dr. Moody’s post op care. Thank you Dr. Moody and staff for your service and care.
I had a sinus lift surgery for my future implant with Dr. moody .My surgery went so well. Dr. moody and all the staffs was so gentle and so caring .I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Ps: before I choose canyon oral & facial office to do my dental work . I checked reviews. Few people were complaining about price and service . When I went for my consultation, I had best experience with all of staffs and Dr.moody . You want the best ? It’s not going to be cheap. You get what you paid for .!!! And I choose the right place and the right Dr!! Very happy !! ❤️🥰
First impressions as I walked in for my first appointment: spacious, clean and comfortable waiting room, receptionists are very welcoming and friendly. The wait time to be seen by the surgeon is reasonable but can still be improved. Dr. Falk is wonderful and quick to answer all questions you may have. I didn’t feel rushed nor intimidated at all. Overall, it was a pleasant first time experience.
I’m so glad I had the experience of being a patient with Dr. Falk. His very professional, thorough with my consultation and did my extraction of my wisdom teeth, no bruising, swelling and just a little tender which is by far what I didn’t expect, because of the past experiences I’ve had with other practices. Dr. Falk is amazing as what he does , everything went smoothly, I’m so glad I found him. And also all his workers are so friendly and polite. Thank you for a great experience.
