I am from California on a work trip and found myself in need of emergency help. I went in for an emergency surgery/extraction & Dr Paul Madlock created a very comfortable and relaxing experience with his expertise. My surgery went very smooth, no pain, no discomfort. He took the time to listen and thoroughly addressed my concern's and he really gives you the feeling that he cares about your well being as a patient. Thank you Dr Madlock, Kari, Brandy, Amy, and Laurie! I would definitely recommend this DR to anybody needing oral surgery or teeth implants, he is really transparent and I’m just very blessed and thankful for his professionalism.
Canyon Point was an outstanding experience. Kari was very patient working through billing& appointments. Brandy was incredible in her care & explaining everything to make me very comfortable. Taylor was a ray of sunshine as she greeted, cared for my comfort & went through paperwork. Dr Madlock went the extra mile during & after the procedure. I would recommend CP with a 10+++.
I'm still in the process of getting some dental work taken care of but in the meantime, I want to thank Dr. Madlock and staff for going the extra mile (and then some) for me so far. The whole surgical staff stayed late so that I wouldn't have to come back (I have a very long mountain drive). Dr. Madlock did everything to make sure it was done right. He also checked weather and rescheduled me for an easier drive in winter. He has spent a good deal of time with me over the phone to address questions and concerns. I really appreciate the extra time and care he and his staff took to take care of me. Outstanding.
Dr Madlock and his team were incredible. I had extensive oral surgery that needed to be done and I am extremely happy with the results. Before and after surgery, Dr Madlock was very responsive to any questions I asked him. Upfront he explained what the surgery would entail in a way that I could understand. Also, Dr Madlock has a calming voice that was very helpful to me throughout the process. His entire team were very knowledgeable and supportive. I can’t say enough about Dr. Madlock and his team at Canyon Point Implant and Oral surgery. I came in for what I thought would be a routine procedure, but unbeknownst to me, I had other issues going on with my tooth. Dr. Matlock put me and my health first, and did a procedure that put me on the path to recovery. He and his team were very thorough in explaining the problem and procedure and I felt very safe and comfortable under their care. I loved how detailed Dr. Madlock is and you can just tell that he knows his stuff! Brandy explained everything she was doing and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend them. 10 of 10 tooth fairy’s! ♥️🦷
