The staff was very friendly, professional and caring and knowledgeable of their job duties. It was the best dental appointment I’ve had in years. This is a well organized, competent dentistry and I am recommending my family and friends to experience the visit I had!
My wife and I went here for a number of years and had a really nice male dr who then retired. He was great. My first experience with the primary dentist and owner was for a filling. It was a nightmare. She numbed my gum then stepped away talking on her personal cell phone for over 45 minutes. Then she came back to officially begin working on the filling and by that time the numbing shot had begun to wear off. I had to demand for more numbing medicine to be given all the while she juggled between me, her cell phone and other patients personal chatter. I would not recommend.
I took my 2 month old for lip and tongue tie evaluation. Dr. Cortez works with a lactation consultant (Natalie) and a chiropractor (Dr. Bunge) for a multidisciplinary approach. They were all so kind and knowledgable. Dr. Cortez released his lip and tongue tie and provided so much education for how each was affecting him and would affect him in the future without release. Dr. Bunge gave me exercises to release tension in my son’s body where his muscles had tension. They were both so gentle with my baby. Natalie was so knowledgable and discussed breast feeding and pumping with me, and I have even scheduled follow up services with her separately because of her wonderful rapport and expertise! I definitely recommend them all to mom’s concerned with their child’s oral anatomy or feeding experience.
The entire staff I dealt with was courteous, professional & very helpful. Janet was outstanding during my appointment in her skill, attention to detail and her professional manner!
Excellent experience. I’ve been a patient for a long time and each visit is never disappointing. The staff, especially my hygienists, have always been very knowledgeable and professional.
