The new facility is beautiful and very welcoming! It is a super friendly atmosphere and everyone seems to love their jobs! From the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist to the check out it was amazing. Thank you Connor for being awesome, knowledgeable and for making me feel comfortable! So thankful for such a great bunch to take care of my teeth. So happy to see Courtney’s sweet face at Capital City Dentistry! You all make smiling easy!
Front office was friendly; didn’t have to wait long. The dental hygienist, Connor was personable, knowledgeable who answered my questions and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth. (The information shown on the screen was an innovative idea.) Nice meeting Dr. Saxon. Susan W.
New building and all went well. I am more of a pain at the dentist than most other medical places because it is my teeth! Conner did a great job numbing my gums and helping me make it through calmly. Dentist was calm and kind, all went really well. I guess they don't do the toothbrush and floss gifts after anymore but that's okay, not a dependent thing anyway. Only thing I wish would have been different,when I checked out I had a balance which threw me off. We never have a balance because it's a dental check up, twice a year thing. It wasn't a lot but I said no, I'm not going to pay that because insurance should cover this. The young lady was a bit nippy and not happy with me. Said I would get a bill if they didn't pay. Not their job to handle insurance, but may could have offered to help me figure it out. I don't like to owe and because our insurance is the same as it's been forever, I wasn't expecting a cost....I'm sorry to them and I will call and try to get it figured out. Maybe a be aware you may owe before we come in would allow us to figure it out before hand and we wouldn't upset you. We pay our costs so when they aren't doing their part, we have to hold them accountable, is all. Thank you
From the time you walk in the office, to the time you leave- every staff member you encounter is friendly, professional and informative. My experience this morning was informative and as painless as it could be because of the wonderful staff. Whether it be me coming in personally or one of my three kids, everyone is treated so personally based on their individual needs. My 8 year old is not a fan of the dentist but with the patience of the stuff her appointments are successful! They are truly miracle workers with her. You guys rock.
What a wonderful experience! Dr. Saxon and his dental assistant, Courtney, were absolutely wonderful! Courtney made my son feel very comfortable! She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! On top of it all, they were able to get my son in same day and extracted his wisdom teeth with no issues! Best dental experience ever!
