The most comfortable I've ever been during a dental cleaning. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and throughout my two-hour appointment I was treated kindly and efficiently. I went home feeling refreshed and unafraid to smile. Nothing that I was afraid would happen came true!
Today I went to this dental practice for the first time. They are one of the few places that take my insurance. Overall, my experience with Capital City Smiles was positive and pleasant. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciated how thorough the cleaning was (e.g., performing lots of imaging) and how my hygienist made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I will be going back in May and will not hesitate recommending this dentistry.
I am so happy to have a place like this for my daughter and myself. So hard to find a place who accepts our insurance. We had back to back appointments which was great since we live a hour away. Wonderful staff and very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I have recommended to friends and will continue to recommend people. Nice to have people looking out for the community and offering the services that they do for people who may be less fortunate.
Incredibly kind and patient. Very understanding of dental anxiety. Made me feel safe and comfortable. Beautiful office, nicely decorated. An overall very welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for healing a bit of my preexisting trauma! I highly recommend this place to anyone! But especially to those in search of dentist that accept Maine care. They will help you get your tooth issues resolved.
I found them a few months ago, they have been more than amazing. Got my fiance going here, he is not one that likes medical offices but he has liked his dentist here. They do amazing work!.
