I saw Dr. Womac for implant placement on a front tooth. I have never had a tooth pulled except wisdom teeth at 18. He first came in and just talked to me. He is concerned about my comfort, answering questions and making sure I am comfortable with what he is doing. His anesthetic assistants, Jillian and Sarah are amazing. They were talking and laughing with me after taking care of paperwork etc. I had such a good experience and was so grateful for their care. I would whole heartedly recommend these people to all my family and friends. Dr. Womac called me before th office closed to see how I was doing. I didnt answer because I was so comfortable I was soundly sleeping and missed the call. I will never go anywhere else if I need a surgeon.
Dr. Womack and staff are very friendly, professional, and excellent at what they do! I went in for implant surgery and everything went smoothly with no pain! Even later in the day when Dr. Womack called to see how things were going; no pain or discomfort! My wife had implant surgery a couple years ago with a similar experience. I just remember everybody being so professional, friendly, and helpful and her implant surgery and crown were perfect! I highly recommend Dr. Womack and staff!
I have been here three times and the care here is excellent! Dr. Womack is highly skilled and the nicest guy you will ever meet. He explains what he's doing as he is doing it and always asks how you are doing. Jamie really knows her job, easy to talk to, and puts you at ease while you're waiting for the anesthetic to kick in. She was just great! Brooke was very thorough in explaining the after care and was very patient in answering any questions I had. Out front, when I first came in, I dealt with Kim and Lindsey. They are both great! They are both very personable with excellent customer service skills and have a great sense of humor! I highly recommend Capital Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery!!!
Had a good experience with the care team. The doctor and staff were kind. They surprised me with an $800 deposit due at the time that I sat in the OR after my vitals were already taken and check-in was complete. They mentioned nothing when I checked in or at the confirmation of my appointment on Monday. And mind you they have a 15% charge if you miss your appointment. So if you couldn't pay what happens? I didn't have 800 dollars I wasn't even aware it was due until after I was getting prepped for the procedure and the x-ray had already been done. I asked if I can put 200 for now. They made an exception but it just felt really weird and messed up. That's all I had for the next two weeks. I was scared. Usually it's courteous to give a rough estimate before the appointment so one comes prepared. This is with insurance so they were attempting to charge me based on my policy coverage prior to billing occurring. They also didn't offer me any options prior for the wisdom teeth removal whether it be local or IV sedation. It was just a charge list that they handed to me without offering any options. They also didn't talk about any changes that are possible for the sedation process which is the pricey area. Make sure you guys advocate for yourselves and make informed decisions before you walk into any office. Make sure to call and inquire about patient responsibility too so you come prepared for your appointment or have to reschedule. This is something they really need to work on and I'm really disappointed. But I'll end on a positive note, doctor called me in the evening to check on me. Office was responsive when I told them about my stitches coming out. They gave great after care instructions and provided appropriate pain management.
I recently had oral surgery with Dr. Womack and his staff and was so pleased with everything. The office was very professional and Dr. Womack was the same and very caring as well. Previously, my husband also had oral surgery with Dr. Womack and I was similarly impressed. Their follow up care is also great. They are talented with scheduling too, which I would think is a really tough thing with oral surgeries, follow-ups, consults, etc. I highly recommend them!
