We had an excellent experience at Dr. Baldock’s office when bringing our son in for a procedure. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, patient, and very reassuring. Dr. Baldock's hygienist and Dr. Baldock himself took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure our son felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. The procedure was quick and smooth, and the care afterward was just as thorough. The icecream treat afterwards was perfect and sweet Nikki, up front, was the cherry on top! We truly appreciated the professionalism and compassion shown by everyone in the office. Highly recommend Dr. Baldock and his team to any parent looking for outstanding care. I can’t say enough nice things about this practice. We had family in from out of town and they had a little dental emergency. A porch-swing “ODE” for Capital Periodontal, (because praise is due where praise is dental.) I walked in worried, white as chalk, expecting drills and dreadful talk. Tight-lipped smile, nerves on cue, thinking, “Lord… what am I going to do?” But Dr. Baldock and his crew , We’re calm, patient, and funny too. They explained each step, kept worry small, I was treated like family through it all. So if a visit has you in a bind, and fear looms loud in your mind… Trust my “ODE”, you’ll see why: this team is the real deal, and reviews don’t lie💕.
This practice is wonderful. I returned to talk to Dr. Baldock about some tooth pain around an implant. They are thorough, kind and friendly, and very professional. I have been a patient of the practice for years and will continue to rely on them for my periodontal needs.
