I was blown away with the caring and concern of the entire staff. From the moment I entered the office until I left, everyone was dedicated to my comfort. Sam at the front desk is a sweetie; Auerille(sp) could not have been more interested in being sure that I was at ease. Dr T was very thorough and explained everything in detail making sure I understood my options. Alice was very detailed and personal. I would definitely recommend your office to all. Thank you.
Very welcoming place. Staff is very friendly in a genuine way. I felt as though I was being heard and got feedback consistent with 2 other medical opinions. The doctor and staff assistant were very professional but also relaxed, and made me aware of my options and the procedure appears to be within my budget. They do have credit options. I appreciate the complimentary drinks in the waiting room. My only critique is the overhead music is way too loud. Other than that I had a good experience here thus far which overall was the most important part of being there. Hopefully my scheduled procedure works. After that I may have even more good things to review.
This is definitely the only periodontist office you should go to. All of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable from the receptionist to the dental hygienist up to the doctors. I had the LANAP surgery with Dr. B after discovering that I had deep pocket’s in my gums. It has been a little over a year since the surgery; everything has healed wonderfully and all of my pockets are down to 3 mm or less! If you are looking for a professional and wonderful periodontal experience, look no further.
The administrative staff are quite welcoming kind and patient. The office was extremely comfortable and the pace of the exams were good. Dr Reed Ferance , I hold an eye regard. And continues be highly recommended. I've seen Dr.Reed in the past but it's been several years since. I believe I'm in really great hands as I will need implants. And looking forward to getting the work completed and have no worries with my treatment plan. Thank you so much!
I came to this dentist's office for the first time yesterday, after unexpectingly breaking one of my front teeth while eating a sandwich, the staff was so welcoming.So kind and so knowledgeable, they got me in immediately.They explained to me what all my options were.And they did same day surgery on me where they extracted the tooth implanted bone graft ,sutured me up and sent me home with antibiotics and a care plan for the next year.Their prices are actually extremely good.Compared to most other dentists, their staff is extremely welcoming and doctor jacqueline lenoir was one of the kindest dentists I have ever met her bedside manner Is impeccable and I can't speak highly enough about her And her staff, Adam was also a key component to my great experience. Yesterday he explained to me the financial aspect of it offered me a plan to help me pay for it. And sat there very patiently and answered every single one of my questions. Both clinically and clerically.This office is the office to absolutely go to whether you have an emergency Or you just need to come up with a dental plan to fix existing problems.This is the place to go.Absolutely wonderful.A hundred out of ten is my review
