While getting a dental implant isn't what I would describe as a pleasant experience, Dr Bayati and his staff made it as good of an experience as possible. Patient, friendly, gentle and incredibly skilled. I hope I never need another one, but if so, I know where to go. I highly recommend them.
Dr Bayati right away told me he wanted to minimize any pain I could have. He explained every detail of my procedure. I was very anxious and he understood that. Aya his assistant helped me get through this. I told them I was nervous and had bad experiences with dentists. It was over before I realized it. His voice was soothing to me and it helped me. Thank you!

I am a brand-new patient at this facility, and from the beginning of today, I was made to feel like a problem instead of a valued patient. All I asked was a simple question regarding whether the doctor offers a payment plan or any other options for paying for my dental surgery, as I preferred not to go through a third party. I’ve been calling since late last week—either Thursday or Friday—just trying to get clarity about payment options. Instead of receiving helpful communication, I was met with dismissive behavior, and to make matters worse, I was locked out of the facility. That was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. No patient deserves to be treated that way, especially when they are simply trying to plan responsibly for their care.I do hope they do an investigation on this matter. It was

I had the best experience at Capital Texas Dental Implants. The staff were great. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt cared for and relaxed. Keeping me in the loop as per what they were doing, and the attentiveness to me and every detail was remarkable. Dr. Bayati and his staff are truly the best!
