Excellent service so far! I went for my consult and they got me in so quick! They wanted to do my surgery the next day but I wanted to enjoy the holidays 1st but I'll be bright and early Monday after Christmas! Dr. Is great! He explained things and the staff gave me my treatment plan and it was all awesome. More to come of course!
My son had a procedure here and we were a little nervous about it since he is so young! Jayson and Steve were AMAZING with my little boy! They both made him (and us!) feel so comfortable and were so great with him. Kind, funny, gentle, and explained everything before they did each step. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!
Dr Batson and Jason were amazing today. Sucks to be in pain but im glad i was well taken care of, as well as Dr Batson taking time out if his night to message and check in on patients. I live a bit away but it was worth the drive! Definitely recommend them!
My overall experience with the procedure and staff was good. However, when I arrived to check in, I was told my appointment had been canceled and confirmed by a phone number that was not mine. That part of the experience was frustrating and confusing. Aside from that issue, everything else went well.
My visit today was fantastic! Even though they were busy, I was greeted with smiles and I felt like I was really wanted as a client! They were friendly, explained everything, listened to me and helped me to meet several timelines that I needed to meet. Got me set up for my surgery, cost, their expectations for payment, filed my insurance and answered my questions. I will use them and recommend them to others.
