Unfortunately, my experience with this dental office was extremely disappointing not because of the dentist, but due to the front desk staff. The receptionist/insurance specialist I interacted with was very rude, uncooperative, and dismissive. I asked simple questions regarding my insurance and was met with attitude instead of assistance. Customer service is just as important as clinical care, and this experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of how I was treated, I will not be returning to this office nor recommending it to others.

Called around 2:30 with emergency pain. They got me right in at 3:30. I don't live in the area, I am actually from Texas and drive a semi. Had a problem with my card but they still did the work and work a deal with me so wouldn't be on road in pain. Everyone there is super nice. Will be back for more work needed. Highly recommend.

I deeply regret ever walking into Capstone Dental. My experience with Dr. Bennett was not only disappointing, it was damaging. Two years later, I'm still dealing with the painful and expensive consequences of the work he did on my molars. Based on the harm he caused, Dr. Bennett should not be practicing dentistry. No one else should have to go through what I I’m dealing with.

Terrible. Waited there for three hours to be seen in a chair in one of there operating rooms. 4 hours in total for a 1 hour procedure. Told me there was no cost beforehand after I specifically waited months to get the procedure (Guardians switched insurance) because my last insurance wouldn’t cover it. Get hit with a 180$ bill a few weeks later. Weird, but payed. Almost 6 months later they call me again saying it costs an extra 700$. Ridiculous. Crown feels weird too, it’s lower than the rest of my teeth and food gets stuck often and hurts.
