We began our journey with Cardinal Dental when my youngest needed some baby teeth pulled. Dr. Goodwin and staff were amazing with him. He has anxiety and sensory issues and despite all of the amazing things they tried, he would not settle enough to remove the teeth in house. Dr. Goodwin was able to get us into Sentera quickly to perform the removal and was amazing with him. Then my older son had his wisdom teeth removed. He needed a little extra support after the surgery due to pain and Dr. Goodwin called and checked on him multiple times and gave extra care beyond the surgery. We visited Cardinal Dental last week for my youngest son's wisdom teeth removal and the staff exceeded my expectations once again. There was an issue with the pharmacy and the front desk staff was on top of it by making us a priority. The nurses and Dr. Goodwin were amazing with my son. They went out of their way to support his anxiety and the surgery went perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend Cardinal Dental, especially if your child has any specific needs.
This place is wonderful. They got me in as soon as possible to take care of my infected tooth. The staff are all friendly and nice. Very understanding. Dr Goodwin is the best! He takes time to talk things through and explain everything. Answers questions and your concerns. He is very good at making you feel comfortable. Very kind and caring people. Dr. Goodwin and his team were absolutely outstanding! My son recently had all four wisdom teeth removed, and from the initial consultation to post-op care, we were blown away by the level of professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. The procedure itself went incredibly smoothly, and Dr. Goodwin took the time to thoroughly explain everything and ease any nerves we had going in. They even followed up afterward to check on my son’s recovery, which meant a lot to us. It’s clear this practice truly cares about their patients. My teenage son had his wisdom teeth removed here. From consultation to the surgery the staff was polite,kind,and knowledgeable. Dr.Goodwin was so easy to talk to and provided his number to call in case we needed him. We didn’t have any issues but he still called to check on my son the evening after his surgery. I just can’t say enough good things about this business. We were so impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Thank you all so much!
I had a dental implant done in 2022 that I was very nervous about but Dr. Reichert and her team did an amazing job and quickly I felt confident in their care. Since then, when I see hygienist and general dentists for cleanings, they compliment the implant work.
