A review is definitely something I wanted to leave, especially because I was looking for information on how this dentist handles procedures like root canals, and I didn’t see many reviews about that. They are very busy, so I recommend booking an appointment as early as possible. I scheduled mine for 11 AM and the place was already packed. The front desk staff is friendly, but they didn’t seem to know the pricing very well. A simple cheat sheet would help a lot. I work in a front office myself, so trust me, that makes a big difference. Everyone there is nice and welcoming. I believe there is only one doctor on site, which is fine, but once things get busy, the front office can get a little chaotic. My root canal went well overall. I just wish that when she was injecting the numbing medication, she had gone a bit slower because it hurt. I also wish she had explained what she was doing step-by-step, since I was nervous this was my first time having a root canal. Other than that, everything turned out good. I will be back.
Dr. Xu is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She takes her time, explains every step, and makes complex procedures feel stress‑free. I appreciate her honesty and the quality of her work
Fantastic experience with Dr. Xu. I had a crown done and the entire procedure was painless and efficient. They have a scanner camera which does not gag me like the impression. The office is welcoming and professional. Five stars
we did a root canal here about 2 years ago. But over these two years the pain hasn’t gone away, yet it has gotten worst. Only after changing to a different dental and getting a scan of the tooth did we find out that the root canal we did here wasn’t even fully completed and there was a small metal piece still left inside. This left a terrible experience for us and costed us a large fortune for terrible service.
I chose Care Dental because they take adults and children starting at the age of one. It was a nice place. Very clean and organized. The Dentist was kind and welcoming. However, I’ve never had a dentist ask if I wanted to close my gaps. 🤷🏾♀️ Also, the hygienist had me hold my own saliva ejector. Nothing crazy, just interesting.
