I had such a great experience at CarePoint! The ladies at the front desk were very nice and attentive from the moment I walked in and again at checkout. They made everything feel welcoming and organized. My dental assistant, Kenzie was so kind and patient, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable. Dr.Drew Benbow did an amazing job — he was gentle, reassuring, and made the whole procedure go smoothly. I was honestly nervous going in, but he made me feel completely at ease. I’m feeling so much better now! Dr. Haybarger came in to introduce himself, which I thought was such a nice personal touch — and he had the cutest therapy dog with him! Overall, such a positive experience. I highly recommend this office!
I had 2 root canals done an Dr Drew was one of the kindest Drs I’ve ever been to. He did a great job a took time to explain everything he was doing and everyone in the office was really sweet and nice. It wasn’t like a dentist office where they are hurriedly trying to get you finished and out the door. Everyone I met was super friendly and cared about you. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very good at what they do and make your visit as easy as they can. I will definitely go back if I need to.
Everyone from check in to check out was awesome. I saw Dr. Drew and he was very kind and compassionate. I was unable to have the procedure done due to the condition of my tooth and had to have my tooth extracted but they were so kind and explained everything to me and my husband in detail. I would highly recommend this office to others. Thank you for your sweet, caring staff.
Dr. Haybarger worked in my mother to get her seen in an emergency situation…. The abscess in her tooth had brought on sudden pain that left her miserable. We were seen and out of the office heading home within 45 minutes. He was so kind, considerate. Highly recommend! Staff was more than generous allowing my sister and I to have a meal in the lobby while waiting, and keeping us in the loop with the care being given.
The staff at Carepoint is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Drew is amazing! The experience was great. I had a filling and tooth break and needed a root canal. They got me in earlier than my original appointment time, took consideration to my schedule. I had to go back to have my tooth finished and had zero anxiety about it. Highly recommended! 10/10
