My daughter had her permanent molar come in completely horizontal. I explained this to reception and they scheduled us 2 weeks out. I’m a single mom of 4 kids who just relocated 3 hours away from the clinic. I drove a total of 6 hours with 4 kids 10& under to have the dentist not even look in her mouth, do imaging, or anything else. The dentist looked at me and stated it wasn’t in her field of expertise and I needed to go to ortho. I asked for a referral to a surgeon and she asked who told me to get it pulled. This tooth is causing my child pain. Every day. I’ve called up to caring hands and left messages with the clinic supervisor, reception, billing. IVE GOTTEN NO CALL BACK AND NO ANSWER AND MY BABY IS STILL SUFFERING. Why? I used to tell everyone how great this clinic was- and now my baby is suffering with no real effort in gettting a solution or referral. It’s a huge struggle and this place is an absolute disgrace.
Nothing but good experiences here with my two daughters over the last four years. Easy to schedule appointments. We are always in and out quickly while still receiving good and thorough care. The staff is always friendly and great at making my girls feel comfortable.
I just switched to Caring Hands Dental and they are best dentist i ever been to. If you are new to town or looking to try something different. I highly suggest you wont be disappointed.
My husband just had an emergency extraction yesterday and he loved his experience!! They took very good care of him. Got him in last minute, made him comfortable, took their time, and were very efficient! We will definitely be going back.
I cannot express how amazing this place is. My husband had the worst tooth pain for weeks and we could not find anyone who would get him in. Caring hands got us in the next day, and then took care of the problem same day. They were truly caring, kind, and so quick and efficient! 10/10 experience and will continue services with them.
