It seems a bit strange to say I had fun getting my teeth cleaned today, but Lisa made the process both educational and enjoyable. Come to think of it, I’ve laughed more in Dr. Efird’s office (even while getting a crown!) than I have in any other dentist's, and no that’s not with nitrous oxide assistance. Glad I picked this place for dental care when I moved to Asheville.
The new hygienist Lisa was wonderful. The past two have not been as thorough and were light handed so I don’t think they were removing all they should have. It was to the point that I was considering moving to another dentist, especially when I saw a third new hygienist walk through the door this morning. But Lisa saved the day! She was kind and I could tell she was getting everything she needed to from my teeth.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Efird for almost 8 years now. I’ve had a number of crowns and veneers as well as routine cleanings and fillings. Dr Efird is excellent and so is his friendly support staff. I highly recommend Carolina Mountain Dental.
Dr. Efird and team have been so kind to my mother. They're responsive and have helped us with an economical care plan that meets her needs. I appreciate the pleasant and cheerful office as well. I'm glad we were able to find this practice.
