I have had a great deal of trouble with my teeth over the course of my life, and have seen many dentists, as well as periodontists. I can honestly say that Dr. Shawna Baxter is the most exceptional periodontist I have ever experienced. She is so professional yet friendly, has a very light touch, and her work is immaculate. The staff is on par with Dr. Baxter- always friendly, understanding, and transparent. I cannot reccomend this office enough for superior dental work.
Dr. Baxter and her staff are amazing! I am definitely not a fan of dental procedures. Especially the Shots!! I recently had to have two dental implants to replace a dental bridge that was broken. Dr. Baxter was so gentle and compassionate. Her staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure was pretty much pain free! Very little pain was felt with the initial Shots for numbing! What a relief! I would recommend this practice to everyone! You will be so glad you that you chose this practice for your dental needs!! Don't hesitate, just because you have had a bad dental experience before, to call Dr. Baxter. You will not regret it!!!
The staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. They took time to explain everything clearly and made the procedure much easier than I expected. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with my results and would highly recommend them to anyone needing care.
The Dr and the Staff are absolutely wonderful. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Greeted with a warm smiling face, from Susan. Then the dental assistant Lisa invited me back to the room. Where she checked my blood pressure and friendly chit chat, she then introduced me to the friendly young lady that made sure I was not going to feel any pain as the Dr did her magic. Shortly there after, came the super Friendly Dr, couldn't see her smile for she was ready to work. A little small talk and compliment on the music of choice that day. Then she made sure I was comfortable and off to work she went. Heard a bit of scraping but not an ounce of Pain. Awesome experience. Great people. If you need dental work of this nature I highly recommend this practice
The staff as well as Dr Shawna Baxter are super friendly. Every procedure I've had done here has been excellent! They do a fantastic job of laying out the issues as well as the different options avaliable to remedy. It's a little bit of a long commute, but very well worth it!
