Everyone is nice and professional. The office in super clean and modern. As everywhere else. You cannot bring up an issue and get checked for a "second problem" you can only ask questions about your current application concern and then wait to schedule a second appointment so they can bill you separately for a separate issue even though it's "pain in the same face located to the pain in the face from the 'first" vision. The office fee alone is insane just to come to pick up items and get a check up. If you're concerned about the fees. Maybe ask them to schedule a visit for two issues in advance so they can schedule more than 5 minutes in the room with you doc. The coffee bar is nice. You can make your self a cup here if you're running late.
Had BSSO surgery with Dr. Farrell in January, he’s absolutely awesome, as well as the whole office/surgery team! Surgery was swift and as easy as it could’ve been. I’ve not had any weird pains or issues since. I’d recommend this office 1000x’s if I could! Honorable mention to Ellie and Stacy, they are phenomenal and also made parts of the process before and after surgery. extremely easy! Thanks for taking such great care of me ladies and gent!
I recently visited Carolina Oral and Facial Surgery for my dental implant with Dr. Abernathy, and I’m really glad my dentist referred me here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, and very professional. Dr. Abernathy himself was wonderful to work with. He explained everything clearly and honestly, without rushing through anything. He has a calm, soft‑spoken way of talking that immediately puts you at ease. I’ve asked him a lot of questions throughout this process, and he has always been patient and reassuring. Every conversation with him made me feel more relaxed and confident about my treatment. Overall, I had a genuinely good experience and felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Abernathy and the team at Carolina Oral and Facial Surgery.
We had an exceptional experience with Dr. Nale . He treated my 14-year-old son, who has special needs, with incredible patience, kindness, and respect. He took the time to be thorough and made sure my son was included in the conversation every step of the way, which meant so much to us. He never rushed us and explained everything clearly. We left the appointment feeling very confident in his care and genuinely grateful for how well we were treated. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Abernathy and his staff were wonderful when I needed a dental extraction and bone graft. Great bedside manner and very informative. I never felt rushed or like my questions were bothersome to him. I highly recommend their practice!
