From the first consultation all the way to surgery and follow up after surgery was over a 3 year span for my 16 year old daughter. She had pain every day from her temperomandibular joints popping in and out of socket, could not sleep, hurt to eat, and was beginning to accept that was how her life would be. Then we were referred to Dr. Franco. He restored hope. Dr. Franco took on her case when she was 14, patiently waited to ensure she was done growing and then expertly fixed her mandible, opening up her airway and giving her a chin. Her pain is gone, sleep apnea gone, profile is beautiful and her smile even more gorgeous. Dr. Franco and his office staff, assistants, nurses and schedulers made the process tolerable.
The staff at Carolinas Center for OFS were amazing. I was extremely nervous but Dr. Patel and staff took great care of me. He was very honest and explained everything up front. Coming from a different specialist who pretty much took my money last year I was glad to meet Dr. Patel and finally get this resolved. I highly recommend going over to Carolinas Center for OFS. I really wish I would’ve went sooner.
Had an amazing wisdom tooth removal experience with Dr.Wegner! Removed all 4 wisdom teeth with local anesthesia and laughing gas was a little worried about pain but felt absolutely no pain and very comfortable throughout the operation! I also called the office with a concern regarding swelling one day post op and they immediately booked me in to come see Dr.Wegner the same day. This office has great service and great care will always recommend!!
Everyone I encountered was very professional and answered all of my questions. Environment was clean and well organized. Dr. Franco was thorough and gave me time to have any questions from my wife and I, to be answered and understood.
From the phone calls for sharing insurance information,, to front desk receptionists, dental assistants, and of course Dr Pater Franco, I had a wonderful experience with this practice..They were all so very kind and gracious. Dr. Franco performed the gentlest tooth extraction I've ever experienced. I would highly recommend him for any of your oral/facial surgery needs!
